Prepare raw ingredients and vegetables including cutting and marinade.
Operating kitchen equipment such as Grill, Fryer and etc.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Assist Kitchen In-Charge on kitchen task and duty.
Good culinary skills with sound working knowledge in all work stations of the kitchen.
Min 1 year experience in similar capacity with a reputable and established organization.
Good communicator with leadership qualities.
Passion for food and culinary arts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to commit rotational shift, weekends and public holiday.
