You are primarily responsible for the managing and overseeing of our restaurants kitchen operations.
Ordering of ingredients and stock-taking.
Ensure all areas of kitchen are clean and sanitized including food processing equipment, cooking utensils and other light equipment.
Ensure the safe operations of all equipment and report to management of any faulty equipment.
Ensure all foods are processed according to the corporate and government regulatory control in hygiene and sanitation standard.
Performs any other duties as directed by the Head Chef.
Min 2 years’ experience in the related field
