Job description

Education and Skills:

  • Diploma in Hospitality / Professional certificate in Beauty & Spa / DLKM in Cosmetology
  • Verbal and Written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literal (Microsoft)
  • Strong work ethic with high passionate in service industry / Spa Industry

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the spa operation in all aspects of guest service and acts as the first point of contact for all concierge and guest issues, including but not limited to follow up, feedback and concerns
  • Resolves and processes discrepancies on a daily basis, as necessary to include but not limited to cash gratuity distribution, cash till drops, till reconciliation
  • Oversee and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Spa
  • Assists the Admin and Spa Manager with administrative duties such as inventory record, sales record, customer feedback record and data, therapist attendance and schedule
  • Assumes training responsibilities when required
  • Customer service attitude
  • Remains calm, composed and in control even in unusual situation
