Admin & Procurement Executive
Job description
- To manage departmental daily operation such as Admin and Procurement
- To prepare, compile, review documentation such as invoices, delivery orders, quotations, receipts, reports etc
- Experience in prepareation and submission of tender will be advantage.
- To handle daily operation in the office
- To perform any other administrative tasks assigned by company from time to time.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years related working experience (Fresh graduate are encourage to apply)
- Excellent knowledge of Ms Office (MS Word, Power Point & Excel)
- Full comprehensive of office management system and procedure
