Admin & Procurement Executive

Job description

Responsibilities : 
  • To manage departmental daily operation such as Admin and Procurement
  • To prepare, compile, review documentation such as invoices, delivery orders, quotations, receipts, reports etc
  • Experience in prepareation and submission of tender will be advantage.
  • To handle daily operation in the office
  • To perform any other administrative tasks assigned by company from time to time.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years related working experience (Fresh graduate are encourage to apply)
  • Excellent knowledge of Ms Office (MS Word, Power Point & Excel) 
  • Full comprehensive of office management system and procedure
